This is a mortgage calculator designed by Silver Willow Studios utilizing VisualBasic and ASP. It is designed for the user
to input their own mortgage information or input a loan amount and select from a predefined mortgage. This program
is in the beta stages of development, it is meant to require a loan range of $1 to $10,000,000 and a term range of
5 to 30 years.
Range validation not yet implemented.
App displays server time when generating quote instead of local machine time.
Select from a custom mortgage, 5-Year ARM, 15-Year Fixed, or 30-Year Fixed mortgage.
For a custom mortgage enter the loan amount, annual interest rate, and loan term in years.
For a 5-Year, 15-Year, or 30-Year mortgage enter the loan amount only.
Press calculate to calculate the monthly payment. The reset button will clear all fields and radio button selections.
(Note: If no radio button is checked the calculator will default custom as intended.)
